Support Services
Once any Autoscribe Informatics product has completed the implementation phase, our Technical Services Department will take over routine support for your project. Customers with up to date Software Support Agreements are eligible to receive on-going support and software updates for all purchased software products. If you are having problems with your Autoscribe Informatics product, or simply want advice from our friendly technical support team then please phone us.

Software Updates
Matrix Gemini LIMS is a highly configurable software system and no-two installations are configured in the same way. However, the core software of every system is always exactly the same at the same version level, providing a simple reliable upgrade path for periodic enhancements. All customers with up to date Software Support Agreements (renewed annually) are eligible to receive software updates for all software products that they have purchased.
